What we do
We build end-to-end software systems that solve real business problems - from the shop floor to the boardroom.
Our work starts with your operations, your teams, and your challenges - not with a predefined product. Every engagement covers the full journey: we analyze how your company works, design for the people who'll use the system daily, build it, and stay responsible for it long after launch - with a fixed price, flexible scope, and free bug fixing forever.
The Problems We Solve
Sound familiar?
Different industries, same patterns. If several of these describe your operation, the problem isn't your team - it's the tooling:
You're guessing your numbers
Which orders, projects, or clients actually made money last quarter? If the answer takes three systems and a spreadsheet, the data was never captured.
You can't improve whatyou can't see→
Your team works around the software
The expensive system is half-used - quoting back in spreadsheets, planning on a whiteboard. Not resistance to change: the software assumed a standard process, and yours isn't.
Why "configurable" softwarestill doesn't fit →
Errors surface too late
Wrong data in a signed offer. A resource booked twice. When information is re-keyed between tools, errors aren't a question of if - only when, and how much.
Prevent mistakes instead ofcatching them →
Three systems, three different answers
Your CRM says one thing, operations another, accounting a third. Every simple question costs three tools and a phone call - and more integrations won't fix it.
Why connecting incomplete viewscan't create a complete one →
The operation runs on memory
Pricing rules, customer exceptions, the way things are really done - years of know-how in a few people's heads. One resignation away from chaos.
Knowledge that stayswhen people don't →
Everyone has outgrown the old system - but switching feels riskier
The workarounds multiply and the costs compound - yet you've been writing the new system's specification for years, and the migration risk can be capped in the contract.
Your old system is the spec →Behind the Build
How the Deal Actually Works
Three pieces on the mechanics behind our promises - how the price stays fixed while the details stay flexible, how weeks-not-months is possible without cutting corners, and where the return actually comes from.

Methodology
Intro Call
Free, and mostly us listening: what you do, how you operate, and where it hurts. If we don't see a strong return on investment for you, we'll say so.
Scoping
& Planning
Together we define the general shape of the system - modules and features with their expected complexity. No exhaustive detail needed; details stay flexible. Typically 1–4 weeks.
Quote
& Early Design
You receive an initial specification, timeline, and a value-based quote - everything needed for a contract. Once signed, we start where every good system starts: architecture and UX design.
Development
& Testing
First testable version around week 2–3, then short iterations: regular meetings, change logs, updated documentation - and your change requests implemented in days. When everything is ready, your team gets two weeks to test. Not right for you? Walk away, no final invoice.
Launch
& Support
After final payment, the system goes to production and you receive the full source code and intellectual property. From then on: free bug fixing forever, and new features priced on value - with your first-year discount locked in.
Our CEO
Who's Behind It
I earned a CNC machine technician diploma - hands-on, on lathes and machine tools - before I designed and deployed my first custom ERP back in 2003, for a manufacturer with over 1,000 employees - and since then, I've built practically every major type of business software: monoliths and microservices, desktop, web, mobile, and hardware-integrated systems. Today, our AI-powered platform lets us deliver faster than ever, while I still personally control the architecture of every system we ship. Fast is worthless without lasting - that's the standard I hold every project to.
